The Wilds
Birds, bees and ants build without being taught. The Wilds is designed by people who noticed. It opens on a tree speaking to a child in Arabic: come into my shade, tell me about the butterflies. Then it moves close enough to watch nature build, and wide enough to see the same patterns turn into architecture outside Dubai.

Behind the scenes
Our first job in the UAE, and the biggest crew we'd ever worked with. You come from Norway and then, day one, ninety-six people on set. We scouted three days to find anything green in a desert; what we ended up calling a river, we'd have called a small creek back home. The old rule says never work with animals or children. We had both.
